In the apartment, you will have four rooms at your disposal for your own design. Due to the spacious rooms, the apartment can be suitable for a family with several children or, if applicable, a shared flat. The bathroom is a daylight bathroom with a bathtub.

The building is located near a public outdoor swimming pool. Behind the house, there is a secure garden area that all residents can use for outdoor relaxation.

The apartment is heated with a gas-fired local heating system. Heating costs are billed directly between you and the energy supplier, so you won’t have to cover the heating costs of other tenants. Additionally, as is standard practice elsewhere, electricity and internet/TV must be arranged by the tenant. The amount of these expenses will depend on your consumption and the contract you secure.
