Beautiful flat in the centre,close to Jiriho z Podebrad metro station, 1 minute to the tram number 10 and 16, after recontrusction. Disposition of the flat is 4plus1, every room can be separately. New big kitchen, in the front of the house is a garden, so its very quiet place. I have to leave the flat from 15.7. and im searching for somebody from this date or from 1.8. What is very special on this flat is, that it was a atelier of fmaous czech poet Viktor Dyk, we are also artists and love this flat becouse of this special genius loci.
I didnt take a pictures yet, but its better to see, dont hesitate to contact me. Price is 18.000 for rent.
