The tenant is responsible for his/her own electricity (own meter) and waste disposal (the tenant settles with the city directly). Internet connection enrollment is to be handled by the tenant, if desired (separate connection available), along with radio and television services.

Solar thermal system: supports heating and hot water, included.

Gas costs are included (however, a gas price adjustment clause applies partially in the event of a price increase after the rental contract is signed), as are water and wastewater costs.

The rental start date can be adjusted with an appropriate settlement by mutual consent and at the interest of the current tenants, even before or after the above-mentioned date. The agreed rental period may be extended up to 4 months prior to the end of the rental contract by agreement if desired by both parties.
