Nabízíme k pronájmu útulný byt 2+kk o rozloze 42 m², který se nachází v činžovním domě se šesti podlažími. Byt se nachází na podzemním podlaží (-1), nicméně má plnohodnotná okna a dokonce balkónové dveře. Jeho promyšlená dispozice je ideální volbou pro jednotlivce, či páry hledající pohodlné a funkční bydlení. Byt je vhodný (dle velikosti) spíše pro bezdětné dvojice, případně studentské dvojice.
Prostor disponuje částečným vybavením, které lze dále přizpůsobit osobnímu vkusu, je zde lednice, pračka, kuchyňská linka, sporák s troubou a v jednom z pokojů vyvýšená postel. (Po domluvě lze spotřebiče či nábytek odstranit). V bytě nemáme žádné problémy se spolubydlením.
Předem upozorňuji, že byt je polo sklepní a je třeba udržovat temperační teplotu, aby nedošlo k poškození nově zrekonstruovaného bytu. Jako kompenzaci bychom zde vyzvedli terasu, která je sice společným prostorem, ale nikdo ji doposud téměř nevyužíval, takže si zde lze po domluvě vytvořit menší venkovní zázemí (posezení, gril a pod.)
Zvířátka jsou vítáni, ale veškeré poškození majetku či stavby (špinavé stěny apod., bude strženo z kauce, či bude možné zjednat nápravu).
Hledáme někoho, kdo zde bude rád, libí se mu lokalita, kde se bydlení nachází a bude se o byt starat, jako by ho vlastnil. Jsme schopni pomoci získat i příspěvek na bydlení. Rádi vítáme dlouhodobější funkčí pronájem.
V případě zájmu mě neváhejte kontaktovat skrz komunikační platformu. Nezapomeňte o sobě napsat pár informací. Na zájem bez informací nebude brát zřetel. Budeme se těšit na prohlídky.

We offer a cozy 2+kk apartment for rent with an area of 40 m², located in an apartment building with four floors. The apartment is situated on the basement level (-1), and its well-thought-out layout is an ideal choice for individuals or couples seeking comfortable and functional living.
The space comes partially furnished, with the option to further tailor it to your personal taste. It includes a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen unit, and in one of the rooms an elevated bed. (Upon agreement, appliances or furniture can be removed or new items can be purchased.) There are no issues with cohabitation, and the building does not have an elevator, parking, or a garage—ensuring a calm and undisturbed environment.
Please note in advance that the apartment is semi-basement, and we will take care to maintain proper heating in order to avoid any damage to the newly renovated space. As compensation, I would claim the terrace. Although it is a shared area, it has not been used much so far.
Pets are welcome, but any damage to the property or building (e.g., dirty walls, etc.) will either be deducted from the deposit or remedial arrangements can be made.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy living here, who appreciates the location, and will take care of the apartment as if it were their own. We are also able to assist in obtaining a housing allowance.
