Have you ever thought about a private office in a shared workspace? We are a small coworking space and offer various teams and companies the opportunity to use a separate, lockable office with us. Whether short- or long-term, you enjoy complete flexibility (60 days’ notice until the end of the month) and you don’t have to lift a finger – because everything from the internet connection to the coffee machine is taken care of.

Our communal areas are cozily furnished and available for use by all.

Additionally, freelancers, remote workers, and anyone else can book an individual workspace with us – more details are available on our website (www.coworking-am-anger.de).

Focus fully on your work. We take care of cleaning, errands, maintenance, and all the other tasks associated with managing the property.

For coffee lovers, we include our coffee flat rate: enjoy as much coffee, latte macchiato, and other specialties as you like from our high-quality coffee machine.

Who knows what tomorrow brings? With us, you don’t have to commit – you can cancel with a 60‑day notice to the end of the month. You can start at any time. So just give it a try!

These are the costs:

With us, you receive an all‑inclusive package. The price for an office is calculated based on the number of workspaces used: 350€ per workspace plus VAT per month. This price includes the following services and additional costs:

– Heating

– Electricity

– Internet (Wi‑Fi and partly LAN)

– Fees such as waste disposal, broadcasting fees, etc.

– Furnishings with large desks, ergonomic chairs, and monitors

– Cleaning

– Use of the business address at Anger

– Use of communal areas (large common/lounge room, kitchenette)

– Coffee and tea flat rate

The location at Anger is top-notch – as a major tram hub, Anger is easily accessible from all districts of Erfurt, with every Erfurt tram practically stopping right at the door. It’s also just a short walk from the central train station.

All the daily amenities can be found around Anger. Right next door, for example, is the new “Deli am Markt” – a great spot for your daily lunch. There’s also a Rewe supermarket for quick errands located right next door, ensuring that you don’t lose much time in everyday tasks and can fully concentrate on your work and, later, your evening relaxation!
