Byt se nachází v 1. patře (z celkem 5), které je dostupné výtahem (běžný kočárek se vejde). K bytu náleží sklep o velikosti cca 4 m2. Byt je skvěle dopravně dostupný (metro B, tramvaje 3, 8, 24), fialová zóna před domem. Je možnost přenechat nájem parkovacího stání v protější budově.
Byt je orientovaný na sever, všechna okna i balkon jsou do vnitrobloku.
Obývací pokoj tvoří vzdušná obdélníková místnost s vysokými stropy a parketami o podlahové ploše přibližně 20 m2. Vytápění je zajištěno plynovými kamny (wafky). Do pokoje je zaveden kabel Vodafone (UPC) pro připojení k internetu. Místnost bude bez nábytku.
Ložnice, z níž je přístup na balkon, má výměru cca 16,5 m2 (včetně odkládací komory). Místnost má obdélníkový tvar a vysoké stropy. Vytápění je zajištěno elektrickým přímotopem. V místnosti zůstane velká šatní skříň ve výklenku místnosti.
V kuchyňské části zůstane lednice s mrazákem, elektrická trouba, dřez s pracovní deskou, do které je zasazena varná deska, úložnými skříňkami a myčkou. Zůstane zde i na míru vyrobený špajz, police a mikrovlnka.
Ve čtvercové koupelně se na ploše cca 3,5 m2 nachází vana, toaleta a umyvadlo se skříňkami. Nad vanou je umístěn plynový ohřívač vody (karma). V koupelně zůstane pračka.
Byt neprošel rekonstrukcí, nicméně je v dobrém stavu a pečlivě udržovaný. Dosud v něm komfortně žije rodina se dvěma malými dětmi.

From July I offer for sublease an apartment of about 49 m2 and 2 + kk (the apartment is owned through a housing cooperative).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (out of 5), accessible by elevator (a regular stroller will fit). The apartment has a cellar of about 4 m2. The apartment is perfectly accessible by transport (metro B, trams 3, 8, 24), purple zone in front of the house. It is possible to transfer the lease of a parking space in the opposite building.
The apartment is oriented to the north, all windows and balcony are facing the courtyard.
The living room is a rectangular room with high ceilings and parquet flooring with a floor area of approximately 20 m2. Heating is provided by a gas stove (wafky). The room has a Vodafone (UPC) cable for internet connection. The room will be without furniture.
The bedroom, which has access to the balcony, has an area of approximately 16.5 m2 (including storage room). The room has a rectangular shape and high ceilings. Heating is provided by electric direct heating. A large wardrobe in the alcove of the room will remain in the room.
The kitchen area will retain a fridge/freezer, electric oven, sink with worktop into which the hob is set, storage cupboards and dishwasher. A bespoke pantry, shelving and microwave will also remain.
The square bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink with cabinets in an area of approximately 3.5 m2. Above the bath there is a gas water heater (karma). The washing machine remains in the bathroom.
The apartment has not been renovated; however it is in good condition and carefully maintained. A family with two small children is still living comfortably in it.
