Riding arena 20 x 40 m, as well as a side passage featuring a 4 x 20 m riding/training area with LED lighting by Buchholz.

Stables: 15 boxes; a 13‑square‑meter wash area with hot and cold water, a solarium, and an adjoining saddle room with underfloor heating.

Living area: 80 square meters—with a shower and WC on the ground floor. The living area is also equipped with underfloor heating, and the heating is provided by an air‑source heat pump. All lighting in the building is installed as LED.

The turnout facility is directly adjacent to the stable lane. In the design, care was taken to ensure short distances everywhere; even the hay storage is adjacent. All boxes are approved for paddock use, and the riding arena measuring 40 x 80 is also approved.

Our equestrian facility is located by the beautiful Hammerschmiedsee. A doctor, pharmacy, and all schools and shopping opportunities are approximately a 15‑minute drive away. A primary school and kindergarten can be found in the nearby village.
