Byt je vysoko a vybaven velice kvalitními okny a balkonovými dveřmi - nedoléhá tam hluk z ulice.
Byt je prosluněný, ale lze velice dobře zatemnit - u bytu jsou vnější rolety, a vnitřní záclony, které umožňují byt naprosto zatemnit - pokud někdo například pracuje na noční a potřebuje přes den spát.
V bytě nyní bydlí kamarádka - ta se bude stěhovat na konci října do jiného bytu v Praze, byt se bude předávat čistý a vyklizený. K bytu náleží sklep cca 2x2 metry. POkud by někdo chtěl k bytu i parkovací stání - jsem schopen to zajistit za 2000 Kč/měs.

Byt je defakto v centru - zastávka metra Vysočanská je 50 metrů od hlavního vchodu (nemusíte cestovat autobusem/tramvají na metro).
Byt bude od 1 listopadu 2025 plně vybavený a připravený k nastěhování (pračka, lednička, trouba, sporák,na posteli je kvalitní defakto nová ortopedická matrace). Byt nabízím podle mě levněji s tím, že bude nájem navazovat - i proto si myslím, že nabízím byt v perfektní lokalitě za skvělou cenu. Internet se dá snadno v místě zřídit (optický internet)
Cena 17300 Kč/měs. + poplatky které jsou cca 3500 Kč se vším všudy. Kauce 34600 Kč.

I'm offering a rental of a modern 1+kk apartment in a new building – part of the CENTRAL GROUP project REZIDENCE U RADNICE, located in a brick building with six floors. My apartment is on the fifth floor, and thanks to the elevator, access is easy and comfortable – the access is barrier-free. The offered space has a total area of 35 m² and is fully equipped to meet all the needs of modern living. A major highlight is also the spacious 8 m² terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing in the fresh air. The apartment is located high up and features very high-quality windows and balcony doors – street noise is not a problem.
The apartment is sunny, yet it can be very well darkened – there are external blinds and internal curtains that allow the apartment to be completely darkened – for example, if someone works at night and needs to sleep during the day.
Currently, a friend is living in the apartment – she will be moving to another apartment in Prague at the end of October 2025 (maybe earlier), and the apartment will be handed over clean and cleared out. The apartment comes with a cellar of approximately 2x2 meters. If someone would like a parking space with the apartment, I can arrange that for 2000 CZK/month.
The apartment is not professionally photographed but is very attractive. I am offering it at a lower price than the usual market rate – however, I will require that a responsible and trustworthy person occupies the apartment.
The apartment is effectively in the center – the Vysočanská metro station is 50 meters from the main entrance (you won’t have to travel by bus/tram to reach the metro).
From November 1st, the apartment will be fully equipped and ready for moving in (washing machine, refrigerator, oven, stove,; and the bed has a high-quality, essentially brand new orthopedic mattress). I believe I am offering the apartment at a good price in a perfect location, with a tenancy ready to succeed the current one.
The price is 17,300 CZK/month + fees of approximately 3500 CZK including everything. A deposit of 34600 CZK is required.
I am happy to rent the apartment to a foreigner as well – to a decent and verified person. If You want You can offeer a higher rental - then You will be prefered as tenant.
