A separate non-residential space is located in the courtyard building in the inner residential block. The space has a separate entrance from the courtyard of the house, through a passage through the residential building. The total area is 43 m2 and is divided into two separate rooms, each approximately 20 m2 in size, with large windows overlooking the courtyard. Access is through the ground floor of the tenement building (standard entrance door to the house approximately 100cm wide) and an exit to a small courtyard.
Parking in front of the house is possible in the blue zone for a fee (max. 1 hour within 24 hours). Nearby (about 1 min walk) there are two paid parking lots, or the possibility of purchasing a parking residential card. Excellent public transport service - Nuselské schody stop 250 m, Svatoplukova stop 400 m away.
Water is available in the courtyard. Social facilities in the basement of the building. Any heating needs to be solved with heaters (currently not included in the space). Upon agreement, modifications according to your needs are possible.
