We are renting our cozy apartment in the Zabovresky area of Brno, located on Kovařovicova Street. The flat measures 24m2 (1+kk) and has a main room with an integrated kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a small corridor.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings include a 140cm bed, a desk with a chair, a TV, a double wardrobe, a small dining table with two bar chairs, vacuum and a new Oresi kitchen fitted with a fridge, microwave, and cooker. The corridor houses a washing machine, a clothes rack, and a shoe rack, while the bathroom features a shower enclosure.

Located on the raised ground floor, the apartment offers added privacy and convenience, being above eye level. The monthly rent is 16,000 CZK, which includes energy costs, with an additional charge for internet access. We require a deposit of 26,000 CZK to secure the tenancy.
