The layout of the apartment includes a kitchenette in the entrance hall, from where you can access the bathroom and the main room.
The apartment is fully equipped - kitchenette with small fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet and storage cabinet. The main room is furnished - double sofa bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, shoe cabinet, lamp, armchairs with coffee table, tables and chairs.
Suitable for a single person or a couple.
Non-smoking flat.
If you are looking for housing with perfect access to the city center, this may be the right choice (two public transport stops right in front of the building or a 15-minute walk) and a supermarket Albert just across the street.
Access to the premises is with a chip. The building is monitored by a camera system. Emphasis is placed on safety and respecting the privacy of the residents.
The area offers outdoor seating with a grill. In the building, there is a bike room, a stroller room, and a laundry room with two washing machines that operate with a card (there is no washing machine in the apartment).
Moving in available at the beginning of April 2025.
Pets are not a problem - the risk of increased damage to the apartment will be the responsibility of the tenant.
