We are moving out of Prague and therefore we are offering our current apartment for rent. It is a 3+kk (originally 4+kk) with a floor area of 85 m2 + a balcony of 6 m2. The apartment underwent a major renovation 5 years ago, including the renovation of the parquet floors, a new kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Also air condition were mounted in living room and master bedroom.
The apartment is rented furnished, we will only take our personal belongings including paintings and a few pieces of furniture with us, otherwise all the furniture including the TV in the living room and kitchen will remain. We can discuss this with future tenants.
The apartment also includes a balcony with a nice view of the inner park and a spacious parking space in the garage located in the semi-basement. Garage rental is with additional cost 3 000 CZK per month, however not mandatory.
This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 4-story building. There is no elevator in the building.
It is a very quiet location on the outskirts of Střížkov, 5 minutes from the Střížkov metro. A newly opened Lidl is about 300m away. There are several playgrounds in front of the building and in the surrounding area, as well as several schools and kindergartens. The location and the apartment are therefore suitable mainly for families with children.
