Nedaleko hrad Cimburk 3,5km, skály na bouldering 1km, nádherné koupaliště 1,5km, lyžařský areál Stupava 6km a hřiby rostou přímo na pozemcích.
Due to moving, we are selling our brick cottage with a cellar with a floor area of 25m2 in Koryčany in the Chřiby mountains with a plot of land over 3000m2. The brick cottage has been renovated on the inside. There are 5 beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people) in the cottage. It has its own well, septic tank, and boiler (100 liters).
We also visit the cottage in winter. We are selling it fully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The cottage also includes a treehouse with a beautiful view (for 3 people) and its own land with plenty of privacy. The treehouse has electricity, seasonal water, and a dry toilet. It could be rented out as glamping and is insulated - we also use it in winter (we heat it with an oil radiator) and it is insulated with 10cm of polystyrene.
There is a forest access road directly to the cottage for 4x4 (SUV) vehicles, or you can park your car in a meadow or in the forest and walk 100 or 600m, depending on the route you choose. Both cottages offer plenty of privacy and the possibility of year-round living.
Nearby is Cimburk Castle 3.5km away, bouldering rocks 1km away, a beautiful swimming pool 1.5km away, the Stupava ski resort 6km away, and mushrooms grow directly on the property.
