The apartment is available for move-in from 1.9., viewings from 12.8. in the afternoon and evening. Ideal for individuals or couples.
The apartment will be equipped with a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a fridge, which is currently being installed (visualization in the photos). Washing machines and dryers are available on the ground floor of the building. It is possible to use the Laundry Box service for a fee (reception will transfer the laundry to the dryer and then place it in a box for later pickup).
The building has a reception, gym, yoga room, social spaces, and a game room with a TV and foosball table. The use of these spaces is included in the rent. Parking is available around the building - no blue zones present currently.
