One bed in a spacious three-bedroom apartment available from 1 July 2024. The second bed is occupied by a male student. Three other tenants (a male student, a female student and an employed young woman) live in the apartment, making a total of five tenants.
The flat is located in Drobného Street in Černé Pole, directly opposite Lužánky Park. A few metres from the bus (67) and trolleybus (25 and 26) stop Zimní stadion. 5 min walk from Mendel University, 10 min walk from the Faculty of IT, 15 min walk or a short trolleybus ride from the Faculties of Science, Arts, Social Sciences, Law and a 10 min walk from the city centre.
The apartment is of an older standard, on an elevated ground floor next to a busy street, but it is spacious, separated from the street and sidewalk by a wider space, there is a cosy garden in the courtyard to enjoy, Lužánky across the street, within walking distance to everywhere and the tenants are nice people. Tenants are usually happy in the apartment a stay long.
