Dobrý den, hledám za sebe náhradu do bytu 3+kk / 2+1 v Praze na Letné. Jde o nevybavený (nábytek si beru, nicméně nebráním se dohodě) byt o velikosti 86 m2 ve třetím patře bez výtahu. Je v dobrém stavu. Super výhled na Pražský hrad, super odpolední slunce prosvítí celý byt.
Prosím o krátkou zprávu o vás - kolik by vás bylo, zda máte mazlíčky a odkud jste :-)

Zdravím, se souhlasem majitele za sebe hledám náhradu do bytu na Výšinách. Jde o 3kk, resp. 2+1 (záleží, jak byste byt použivali). Cca 86 m2, cena 22k nájem, cca 3k poplatky (služby, elektřina, plyn). 3. patro s výhledem na Pražský hrad. Dostupný klidně ihned. Byt je nyní vyklizen. Zbyla jen pračka, které se za symbolickou cenu rád zbavím (kupována 09/23).
Hello, I am looking for a replacement for myself in a 3+kk / 2+1 apartment in Prague on Letná. It is an unfurnished (I am taking the furniture, however I am open to negotiation) apartment of 86 m2 on the third floor without an elevator. It is in good condition. Great view of Prague Castle, with the sun shining through the whole apartment in the afternoon.
