Je to jedna z nejlepších lokalit k pobytu v Praze, v blízkosti bytu jsou obchody(Tesco, Lidl, spoustu večerek), Grebovka, posilovna, bazén, kavárny a restaurace.
V pokoji zůstane jenom policový díl, je možnost si odkoupit skříň.
Nájemné je 13tis.Kč + 2tis.Kč ( je možnost si ponížit zálohy, nám se ze záloh vracelo)

The room will be available from April 1 (even March 30) in a 3+kk apartment in Nusle, Mojmírova street. The apartment has a total area of 70m^2
There is also a shared balcony on our floor.
You will share the apartment with only one person - a young, working and friendly girl.
The apartment is located near the Vršovice train station (in 4 minutes you are at the main station), from tram stops you will be able to use the Horky, Nádraží Vršovice and Náměstí Bratři Synku stops.
It is one of the best locations to stay in Prague, near the apartment there are shops(Tesco, Lidl, lots of small grocery shops), parks, gym, swimming pool, cafes and restaurants.
Only the shelving unit remains in the room, there is a possibility to buy a wardrobe.
The rent is 13K CZK + 2K CZK (it is possible to lower the deposit, we got back from the deposit last year)
Deposit is 12,5 K CZK
