I offer a beautiful sunny apartment for long -term rental. The house and the apartment were reconstructed and located on the 6th floor (out of 7) with an elevator. The premises are very clean, maintained and owners enjoy order and peace in the house. Therefore, we are looking for decent and trouble -free tenants.
The apartment is equipped with kitchen, electric stove with turbo oven, refrigerator, small furniture and lots of storage space.
There is a spacious, well -secured cellar (two doors + grille). The camera system monitors all the common areas of the house.
When signing the contract, we require a deposit of 16000,- CZK
Backups for water, heat and SV 2300CZK
Electricity must be rewritten to the tenant.
We prefer long -term rent, working and non -smokers.
