We offer renting of a well-maintained 3+1 apartment on the 2nd of 7 floors of an insulated panel building opposite Háje metro station. The total area of the apartment is 77 m2 including a 6m balcony and two cellar cubicles 2+3m.
Equipment:
The apartment consists of two non-through bedrooms, a living room connected to the kitchen, WC, bathroom, and pantry. All rooms are accessible from the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, hood, table with chairs. Extra storage space is provided by closets in the bedrooms, hallway, pantry, living room wall unit, and two cellar cubicles. There are no beds in the bedrooms, but there is an inflatable bed 140x200 cm with a pump in the pantry.
Location:
Quiet location near Milíčovský forest and Hostivař reservoir, yet with excellent transport accessibility at Háje metro station. Nearby are numerous playgrounds, school, kindergarten, Milíčov Zoo, shopping centers Háje and Opatov, all amenities.
Our preferences:
- Charges do not include electricity and gas, which will be transferred to the tenant
- A well-behaved dog is acceptable
- We continuously invest in the apartment. It is possible to negotiate the acquisition or replacement of some equipment
