Nabízím ke sdílení kompletně nadstandardně zařízený byt v novostavbě, přímo na metru i tram, na cca 4-5 dnů v týdnu.
Pracovně pobývám v Praze nejčastěji 2x týdně, výjimečně 3x, jinak je byt prázdný a nevyužitý, takže by byl k dispozici.
Vybavení - kompletní kuchyně s myčkou, plnohodnotná výklopná postel 160x200, sedačka, stůl pro 2-4 lidi, velký pracovní kout s kancelářskou židlí, koupelna se sprchovým koutem. TV a internet samozřejmostí. K dispozici také malý sklep a v případě mé nepřítomnosti i parkovací stání.
Byt se nyní zařizuje, k dispozici bude od cca 15.4.2024. Výše nájmu pro mě není rozhodující, takže suma je orientační. Rozhodující pro mě je časová kompatibilita a ochota se kompletně starat o perfektní úklid bytu. Nedělám po sobě extra nepořádek, uklízím si po sobě věci, ale opravdu nemám čas, když už jsem v Praze, např. stírat plach, luxovat apod., tzn. byt pronajmu jen jedné osobě, které toto nevadí, případně nemám důvod jej pronajímat vůbec. Děkuji za pochopení.
Completely new furnished apartment in a new building for sharing located directly on metro and tram, for approx. 4-5 days of each week.
I stay in Prague for work most often 2x a week, exceptionally 3x, otherwise the apartment is completely empty and unused, so it would be available.
Full equipment - complete new kitchen with dishwasher, full-size folding bed 160x200, sofa, table for 2-4 people, large working desk with office chair, bathroom with shower. TV and internet included. A small cellar is also available and in case of my absence, also an underground parking space.
The apartment is now being furnished, it will be available from approx. 15 April 2024.
The amount of the rent is not decisive for me, so the rent is really indicative. What is decisive for me is your time compatibility and the willingness to completely take care of the perfect cleaning of the apartment. I don't make an extra mess and always clean up after myself, but I really don't have time to e.g. remove dust, vaccuum cleaning etc. I will only rent the apartment to someone who does not mind this, or I have no reason to rent it. Thank you for understanding.
