This 2+kk flat is 40m2, located on the 2nd floor (there is a lift in the building). There is a complete luxury kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, MW oven and standard oven.
The rest of the flat is not furnished. A washing machine may be added if needed. The flat has floor heating that can be controlled via Internet.
Electricity will be registered to the tenant. Rent is 23000kc per month, to be paid at the beginning of the month. A 15000kc deposit is required when signing the contract.
Services (garbage disposal, electricity in the staircase, ...) and water consumption is 500kc per person per month. Actual water consumption is monitored and you pay what you use.
Pets are accepted for a fee of 2000kc per month.
