We offer for rent a non-residential space suitable as an office in a well-maintained brick building located at Jiřího z Lobkovic Square 16, Prague - Vinohrady (near Flora). This space is located in a lower ground floor, but with access to daylight, and has an area of 23.4 square meters.
Based on an agreement, we are willing to modify/reconstruct the space according to the tenant's wishes at our expense.
The space includes a separate toilet, a space/kitchenette with a sink, and a storage room. Heating is provided by gas "vafky".
The building is equipped with an elevator, which facilitates access to the office. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access. There are plenty of public parking spaces around the building.
