I am renting a spacious, quiet, and bright apartment 2+1 on the first floor of a building near 17th November Square. Despite being in the center, the location is peaceful. All amenities, including preschools, primary schools, and bus stops (Sídl. II. Polyclinic), are nearby. There is also an aquapark and a winter stadium within a short walk (5-7 minutes).
The entire apartment has been renovated, including the electrical wiring. The building is insulated, and the windows are plastic. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, and a built-in dishwasher. The rest of the apartment is unfurnished. A cellar compartment is also available.
The refundable deposit is 40,000 CZK and can be paid in installments (e.g., 20,000 CZK + 2x10,000 CZK).
The advance payments of 6,000 CZK (for 2 people) include electricity, but not internet, TV, or radio. The payments will be settled and adjusted based on actual consumption after one year.
