The house is located on the border between Vinohrady and Žižkov, right next to Jiřího z Poděbrad square and underground and within walking distance to Riegrovy sady. This is very popular residential area which has quick access to city center and to all amenities.
The apartment has large windows and high ceilings and consists of 2 rooms. In the first room there is a fully equipped kitchen (built-in fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and dishes and other kitchen utensils) and a dining table. Above the kitchen is a loft that can be used for occasional sleeping, place for relax or as a generous storage proctor.
