Just around the block, there is Lannova Park with plenty of activities for children and a cycling path along the Vltava River. You can walk across the bridge to Letná or, on the other side, you can reach Palladium and Bílá Labuť within 5 minutes.

The apartment is designed as 4+1. It features two large, non-through rooms, a shared living room, and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. (Student, commuting for work, etc.) Size-wise, it is 4m2 of your absolute privacy, of course, with the possibility to use the rest of the apartment shared with other tenants (3 girls, young ladies).
