We offer a 2+kk apartment for long-term rent with a size of 54 m2. The apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Prague, in Radotín. The windows are facing southeast, with mature pine trees in front of them and a peaceful place to sit or a safe place for small children. The building has a small number of apartments and a generally friendly atmosphere. The apartment is ideally suitable for a working couple without pets. We prefer non-smokers and applicants who are willing to provide proof of their debt-free status. The building is insulated and has plastic windows.
The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, and an oven. There is a small balcony accessible from the kitchen. The bedroom has a new spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. There is a cellar compartment, a stroller room, and a drying room available.
