We are renting a pleasant apartment in the historic center of the Old Town. The apartment is located on the corner of Dušní Street, a few tens of meters from the Old Town Square. The layout of the apartment is 2+1 and is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. Its total area is approx. 80 m2, it has a spacious hall, a small kitchen and two living rooms (they have a separate entrance from the hall and are also walk-through). From the hall there is also access to a smaller bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub. The apartment has original stucco, parquet floors, electric tiled stove, own gas central heating. It is partially equipped (complete kitchen including appliances, lighting, historical furniture, etc.). The windows of the apartment face the courtyard - although it is right in the center, it is very quiet. The apartment also has a balcony. The apartment and the house are completely renovated.
