K bytu náleží uzamykatelné kryté garážové stání v podzemí domu (20 m2). Dům se nachází ve velmi klidné lokalitě.
K nastěhování nejdříve cca po 20.1.2024, k prohlídkám ihned. Bez provize, jsem přímý majitel. Aktuální měsíční poplatky 6730 Kč (zahrnuto vše kromě internetu), kauce 25000 Kč. RK ani jiné zprostředkovatelské agentury prosím nevolat, chci si vybírat a řešit nájemníky napřímo a sám! Preferuji pouze dlouhodobý pronájem.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, electric oven, hood, and a combined fridge with a freezer. There is no washing machine and dishwasher available (but it is possible to connect your own). Bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine connection, separate toilet.
The apartment includes a lockable covered parking space in the underground of the building (20 m2) - for 1500 CZK per month - necessary to rent with the apartment. The house is located in a very quiet area. Move-in possible around January 20, 2024, viewings available immediately. No commission, I am the direct owner. Current monthly fees are 6730 CZK (everything included except internet), deposit 25000 CZK. Please do not call real estate agents or other intermediaries, I want to choose and deal with tenants directly myself! I prefer long-term rental only.
