I’m offering a two bedroom apartment (approx. 60 m2) for long term rent. It is an attic flat, situated on the third floor of a terraced house and comes furnished. In the kitchen area, there’s a kitchen unit with all appliances (fridge with freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave oven etc.) The living room area consists of a large sofa (that can be made into a bed), coffee table, desk & chair. The bedroom is currently equipped with a big built-in wardrobe, bookcase and a sofa. There is an en-suite bathroom with toilet, the shower is located in the kitchen area.
The apartment is located in a quite residential area, it is a 2-minute walk from the nearest trolleybus / bus station.
