Dům je ve velmi klidné lokalitě, dle mého názoru jedna z nejlepších v Praze. V blízkosti se nachází žabka, dětské hřiště, autobus 231 tři minuty chůze, za 5 min jste u Anděla. V blízkosti také lesík na procházky a pár minut chůze i krásné Prokopské údolí.
Domácí zvířata jsou dovolena po dohodě. Byt je striktně nekuřácký.

From 1.1. 2024 I will rent a beautiful modern apartment 2 + kk on the ground floor of a family house with a wonderful view and access to the garden from the living room - the apartment is oriented completely to the garden and is therefore guaranteed privacy. The apartment has been partially renovated. The total area is 75 square meters. The disadvantage of the apartment is the low ceilings.
The price is 23 000 including everything.
The apartment includes a spacious entrance hall, with storage rooms, a living room with access to the garden and with a separate kitchen and a separate non-passing room.
The building in which the apartment is located is in a very quiet location, in my opinion one of the best in Prague. Nearby there is a frog, playground, bus 231 three minutes walk, in 5 min you are at the Angel. There is also a forest for walks and a few minutes walk to the beautiful Prokop valley.
Pets are allowed by agreement. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
