A fully equipped brand-new studio apartment in a completely renovated family house near the center of Pilsen (next to Techmania) is available from the 1st week of December 2023. It is a cozy place carefully reconstructed by the owner for living for an intensely working individual or a student.
There are a total of 6 units in the house, and the offered unit (No. 3) is on the 2nd floor out of three floors.
The unit is fully equipped: kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, bed (140cm wide), dining table, desk, corner wardrobe, TV. Bathroom with a nice shower. A shared Wifi is available, or the possibility of setting up your own line. Utilities are not transferable, you pay them to the owner of the house directly, readings through secondary electricity and water meters. Central heating. New washing machine and dryer available in the basement of the house. Private parking in front of the house is available by agreement with the owner and is included in the rent.
The location is peaceful, yet within walking distance to the center, all amenities are available. It is likely that you will be charmed by the place, come and see, you can choose from the available four units that we offer in this time period (11-12/2023).
