Hello, I offer a nice bright apartment for long-term rent after a complete reconstruction. The house is older but insulated, there are new windows and a private electric boiler. (We disconnected the gas during the renovation). Excellent accessibility to the city center thanks to the metro and tram stop Nádraží Veleslavín, which is a 3-minute walk from the house. Also, thanks to the train and bus station, there is very good connection to the airport, Kladno, etc. The house is in the vicinity of Šárka Nature Park, very good civic amenities (schools, kindergartens, shops, convenience store, and a Finnish sauna in the building : ). I rent the apartment partially furnished (kitchen unit, appliances). The furniture in the photos was wanted to be moved out by the current tenants, but if there is interest, it is possible to provide it. The apartment includes a small cellar compartment, but unfortunately, it is quite humid. There is also a small front garden with seating at the house. I prefer reliable, clean non-smoking tenants (unfortunately, I have had a bad experience before), the tenant will transfer the electricity to their name. Possibility of parking in the blue zones.
