I am renting an apartment in the centre of Brno at Údolní 391.
The apartment has a floor area of 48 m2 and a 1.8 m2 balcony (see picture for the apartment layout); the apartment has a 2 m2 cellar.
All windows of the apartment are oriented to a quiet courtyard. The apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) of the building, which is equipped with an elevator, a wheelhouse and a relatively spacious courtyard. The apartment building underwent a partial reconstruction 5-10 years ago (elevator, boiler room, facade to the courtyard).
The apartment was renovated last year: complete renovation of the bathroom, toilet, new floor and tiles in the kitchen, new appliances in the kitchen, renovation of the kitchen cabinets, painting, replacement of circuit breakers and electrical boxes. The parquet floors in the living room and bedroom were renovated two years ago.
I want to rent the apartment with the equipment: furniture, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge, combined washing machine and dryer.
Start of renting on December 1, 2023. The earlier start is negotiable.
