We offer a room for rent (shared accommodation in an apartment with one existing tenant) in a reconstructed 2+1 apartment (55 m2) near the city center. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a completely revitalized residential building with an elevator in the conveniently accessible Štýřice (Brno - Střed) district on Renneská třída street.
The apartment has undergone a renovation of the living area, including a new kitchen, bathroom, toilet, plumbing, and water. The offered room is a separate 16.5 m2 room with a balcony. The apartment also includes a modern kitchen (10 m2) with built-in dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, hood, and built-in electric oven, a nice bathroom (2 m2) with a shower and a 2 m2 washing machine, a separate toilet (1 m2), and an equipped hallway/entrance area (5 m2). There is also a 2 m2 cellar available. On the ground floor of the building, there is a shared stroller/bike storage room available.
Parking is possible directly in front of the building or it is possible to negotiate the rental of a covered parking space in the Vídeňská shopping center. The vicinity of the building offers complete civic amenities (Vídeňská, Union shopping centers, gym, Czech post office, playgrounds, park, restaurants), as well as public transport stops Vsetínská and Celní. The journey to the city center takes approximately 15 minutes on foot.
The rent for the entire apartment is 17,000 CZK + an estimated 3,800 CZK (advances for electricity, water, heating, services for 2 people). These total costs will be divided equally between the existing tenant and the new tenant. The monthly costs for the room are therefore 10.4 thousand CZK including advances. The refundable deposit is 12,500 CZK.
The room is available for move-in from December 1, 2023. We prefer individuals for long-term rental and non-smokers.
