I rent a completely renovated, unfurnished apartment in a well-maintained house, which is located in a quiet location about 5 minutes walk from Vivo!Hostivař. For relaxation or sports, you can use the Botič Nature Park across the street.
The apartment on the 1st floor consists of two spacious, separate rooms, a hallway that connects the equipped kitchen, a small toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. A big advantage is the spacious, glazed balcony. All rooms are centrally heated and there are blinds on the windows. The house is located on a little-used street (Sněženková), the apartment's windows connect both sides of the house, thus improving the possibility of natural ventilation of the apartment. There is a small cellar in the basement of the house.
Advance payments for services related to the use of the apartment of 5,400 CZK/month are billed annually. The tenant will ensure the supply of electricity, internet and apartment insurance at his own expense.
