We offer a 3+1 apartment rental with a garage and parking space in front of it, at Holasická 20 street, in Opava Kateřinky. The apartment is in very good condition and offers an area of 77 m2 (garage 16 m2). There is a shared balcony on the mezzanine. Additionally, there is a cellar, a drying room, and a bicycle room available. The house is very nice, clean, and quiet.
The kitchen is equipped with a unit with an electric oven, dishwasher, and gas stove, and the bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe. The living room has a view of the garden and the possibility of connecting a TV and internet. There is a large bathtub and a washing machine in the tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a six-story building, and the elevator exit is right in front of the apartment.
The apartment is surrounded by all amenities such as schools, kindergartens, shops, and restaurants. It has excellent public transport access and is a 10-minute walk to the city center of Opava.
