Byt má předsíň, obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem, dvě ložnice, samostatné WC a koupelnu.
Do první ložnice se vchází z obývacího pokoje, má velkou vestavěnou skříň se zrcadlem a okna do klidné ulice Čestlická.
Do druhé ložnice s okny do dvorku se vchází z předsíně a má u sebe malou komoru, kam lze uskladnit snowboard, lyže, stan, stojan na stromek, spacáky a další věci.
Byt nemá sklep, ale v předsíni podél celé stěny je velká vestavěná skříň.

Z obýváku je vchod na balkon směřovaný do ulice Čestlická (lze vítat návštěvy).
Koupelna má okno do dvorku, vanu se sprchovou zástěnou a místo na pračku (pračka není součástí vybavení).
Vytápění i teplou vodu zajišťuje vlastní plynový kotel s čerstvou revizí.
Byt je celý bíle vymalovaný.
Z 22000 Kč nájmu jde 2400 Kč do SVJ na vodu, fond oprav, popelnice atd. K tomu si nájemník na sebe napíše plyn (cca 4000/měsíc) a elektřinu (1500/měsíc).
V bytě je telefonní přípojka DSL i modem (nyní neaktivní, lze opět aktivovat, cca 500 Kč/měsíc např. od o2). Televizi jsme řešili přes internet, domovní TV anténa nefunguje.
Orientace bytu je na jihovýchod - slunce jde do bytu do cca 12 hodin.
Občanská vybavenost Staré Strašnice - takže "not bad". Večerka naproti, pizza, kebab, vietnamské a čínské bistro, nejlepší zmrzlina v Praze Creme-de-la-Creme 5 minut od bytu, Gutovka taky 5 minut.
Autobusy a tramvaje minutu z bytu, metro walking distance 10min.

The apartment has a hallway, living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom.
The first bedroom is accessed from the living room, has a large built-in wardrobe with mirror and windows facing the quiet Čestlická street.
The second bedroom with windows to the backyard is entered from the hallway and has a small closet where you can store snowboard, skis, tent, tree stand, sleeping bags and other things.
The apartment does not have a basement, but there is a large built-in closet along the entire wall in the hallway.
The main room has an L-shaped kitchenette from Hanak company with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the centre of the room is a solid wood oak dining table and 4 TON chairs. In the corner of the living room is an IKEA corner sofa bed with storage space and sleeping for 2 people. There is also a large TV table with four large drawers.
From the living room there is an entrance to the balcony facing the street Čestlická (it is possible to welcome visitors).
The bathroom has a window facing the backyard, a bathtub with shower shield and a space for a washing machine (washing machine not included).
Apartment heating and hot water is served by an own gas boiler with valid inspection stamp.
The apartment is all white painted.
Out of the 22000 CZK month rent, I will pay 2400 CZK for water, repair fund, garbage, etc. In addition, the tenant will pay gas (about 4000/month) and electricity (1500/month) direct to gas and electricity company (having own contract).
The apartment has a DSL phone connection and a modem (now inactive, can be reactivated, approx. 500 CZK/month e.g. from o2). We solved the TV via the internet, the home TV antenna does not work.
The orientation of the apartment is southeast - the sun goes into the apartment until about 12 o'clock.
Civic amenities Staré Strašnice - so "not bad". 7/11 vietnamese shop across the street, pizza, kebab, Vietnamese and Chinese bistro, best ice cream in Prague Creme-de-la-Creme 5 minutes from the apartment, Gutovka also 5 minutes.
Buses and trams a minute from the apartment, metro walking distance 10min.
