I offer long-term rent of an apartment of the size of 27 square metres with a balcony located in Holýšovská Street (Praha/Prague 5). It is in a house built in 2014. You can move in immediately.
The apartment is fully equipped with furniture (see the last few pictures), washing machine, hob, convection oven, and refrigerator. Heating and hot water are central. The window (and the balcony) is oriented to the east.
Metro station Luka (B) is within walking distance and the city center is reachable within 30 minutes. Stodůlky Central park is also close. Car parking is possible in the surrounding streets (for free) or in the paid and guarded parking place in front of the house.
The total monthly cost for you will be CZK 17,900. The price includes rent of CZK 14,900 and a deposit for services CZK 3,000 (Internet connection is included). We will bill together once a year according to your actual consumption. A one-time expenditure at the beginning will be a deposit of CZK 35,800—the deposit is refundable. To end the lease, I will send it back to you plus a reasonable interest rate.
