The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 residents.
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and wash machine. In the main room there is a simple wall, a wardrobe and a table. There is a built-in wardrobe and a shoe rack in the hall. Depending on interest, we plan to add a bed or double bed and a table with chairs.
The house is located in a quiet location, bus stop 3 minutes on foot, Háje metro 10 minutes and Skalka metro 15 minutes by direct bus. Free parking in Padovská street in front of the house, there is no parking zone. Lidl, Billa, Albert, Hostivar restaurant, pizzeria Milano, golf course, elementary school and tennis courts are within walking distance.
Apartment tours are planned to be organised from September 15th on and move-in will be possible immediately.
