The house is located in a residential area in Prague 5 with family houses and without any high-rise buildings. The comfortable room has a direct view of Prague’s Race horse stadium.

The entry to this room is located on the 4th floor.
In this apartment you have 2 comfortable beds (or only one according to your wish) with mattresses. The apartment is located on two floors - the lower part is about 12 square meters and the upper part (with reduced height) is about 19 square meters. There is a private small kitchen, private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet for your use only.
In the room there is a locker for your belongings and also a working desk and chair with a working table light where you can work on your computer.
You can lock your room with your key.
The house is a historical house from 1938 where the famous Czech musician and composer used to live. In the house, there is a common area / relaxing room with a waterfall on the wall and an original wooden staircase.
The house has a ground floor and three floors (no lift in the house). On the ground floor you can use a washing machine and dryer.
In the bathroom there are Villeroy & Boch tiles, Villeroy & Boch washbowl and toilet and Hansa taps and shower. In every room in the house there are wooden floors.
In the room there is fire smoke detector and the house is equipped with fire extinguishers and fire blanket. In the room there is a TV antenna plug.
The house has a private garden with garden furniture where you can relax.
The house is not suitable for pets nor children.

The center is approximately 8km away from the house (by car +- 8min, by public bus +- 15min).
It is close to the city center. Public transport - bus is approximately 100 m from the house. The train station takes you directly to Prague’s city center without any traffic and is approx. 350 m from the house (time schedule every few minutes in peak hours). Restaurant, Food market, KFC and Post office are close by.
Prague’s Airport is easily reachable by car (20 km).
Car parking is possible in front of the house free of charge.
Close to the house there is a small market, but if you need a bigger one, supermarkets and fast food are just a few min by bus or train (Radotin, Smichov). Markets Tesco, IKEA, Jysk, Electroworld and many others plus cinemas are 14 km from the house direction airport and 7 km from the house direction center (Prague 5 - Andel).
Medical center is 4 km away in Radotin (reachable by bus) and the nearest hospital is 12 km away (biggest Prague’s hospital Motol with 24/7 emergency).
There are also tennis courts close by (Radotin) and walking, running and biking trails behind the house – along river Vltava. In the area Barrandov there is a swimming pool / aqua centrum and Prague’s “Hollywood”.
