Advance charges for water and sewage, house cleaning and garbage disposal are CZK 4,000 per month. Electricity is transferred to the tenant.
The apartment is after reconstruction. From the spacious hall you enter the kitchen and all three rooms.
Appartment is rented without furniture, only kitchen is equipped.
