It provides privacy and fully equipped facilities for 8 workplaces. In addition to the office, there is a possibility to use the common kitchen or semi-private hallway, which has a refrigerator and a dining table.
The rent includes, in addition to the office space itself, high-speed internet access and all utilities (electricity, heating/air conditioning, cleaning).
Tenant may use the 20-person classroom, located across the street from the office, once per quarter at no charge. This offer is valid only on days and times when the landlord is not using the room, for a maximum of 4 hours.
Accessibility: In case of interest, an on-site parking space is available for an additional fee of CZK 4,000/month (+ VAT).
The lease is agreed for an indefinite period with a 6-month notice period.
The tenant will pay a two-month security deposit when the lease is agreed. All prices are without VAT.
