Malvazinky jsou krásné, v sousedství jsou vice parky i společenským životem a hospodami. Z bytu se dá za 10 minut dostat na Anděl odkud se dá dostat téměř kamkoliv. 

Z Anděla je nejlepší jet autobusem 137 od Na Knížecí do stanice Malvazinky a sejít dolů k buty. Autobus jezdí každých 5 minut.

The apartment was renovated in 2019 and is partly furnished. There is floor heating in both the bathroom and the hallway.
 The apartment is equipped with hardwood floors and tiles.

Heating and warm water is gas.

The disposition of the apartment is two bedrooms, at the moment one bedroom is made into home office, and a nice size living-room with kitchen. The kitchen was designed for the apartment. The bathroom is of natural sandstone and marble.

The apartment includes: A washing-machine with dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and electrical cooking-plate. All of the items were bought in 2019 when the flat was renovated.

The kitchen table, chairs, kitchen cupboard and bookshelves (all IKEA furniture) is also included. The antique sofa, the antique bed, wardrobe and mirror seen in the photos are not included - as I took these items with me when I moved.

One balcony looks out to the street and another small balcony looks into a little backyard.
 All the windows face south looking at greenery although the apartment is located on a main street Na Vaclavce where one has to count with the morning rush. Although the flat is on the first floor, there is not insight from the street.


There is a garden in the backyard that tenants in the house can use.
 There is possibility of parking on the street.

Malvazinky is a nice neighbourhood with parks and nice pubs. From the apartment there is a 10 minute walk to Anděl centrum, one of Prague’s liveliest spots and a public transportation crossing point.

From Andel it is best to take the bus from Na Knizeci the bus 137 leaves every 5 minutes. It is best to take the bus to Malvazinky station and walk down to the flat.
