I offer for rent a bright 1-bedroom apartment in an attractive location (near the Homolka park, directly opposite the Škoda sport park and the bike path by the Radbuza river. Tennis courts and 2 pubs with outdoor seating 100 and 300m from the house).
The apartment has its own parking space by the house, there is a public transport stop (trolley bus 13 and bus 30) directly in front of the house. It was built in 2007, its size is 31m2. It will be ready to move in from the second half of August or from September 2022.
The apartment has a large bathroom equipped with a washing machine, an anteroom with 2 large mirrored wardrobes, and a room with a kitchen (fridge, washing machine, oven, electric hob, extractor fan). By agreement, it is possible to put in the apartment: a bed upstairs, a table + 2 chairs, cabinets, a couch. There is a nice view of the river from the large French window facing west (+ privacy - there is no apartment opposite the window). Well soundproofed walls and pleasant neighbors.
