There is a kitchenette, a wasching machine and a bathroom shared with a quiet female roommate. 4 minutes to a bus stop as wel as to the corner shop, bigger supermarkets 2 tram stops away. The street is very quiet and there are some nice cheap pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Subway is 7 min by a bus.
