nabízíme pronájem našeho plně vybaveného apartmánu v obci Borkovany.
Celková podlahová plocha je 84 m2 a dispozice 2kk. V dolním patře je obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem, koupelna a samostatné WC. Ve druhém patře jsou aktuálně postele na přespání. Vytápění je v dolním patře zajištěno podlahovým topením (do budoucna chceme přidat jako alternativu krb) a v horním patře přímotopem.
Z apartmánu i ze zahrady (o rozloze cca 90 m2) je výhled na vinice a celkově je tady klidné okolí.
K dispozici:
- venkovní gril, případně vybudujeme ohniště
- po domluvě vířivka, sauna, mini fitness, trampolína (tu v případě potřeby přesuneme na naši zahradu dole)
Apartmán je umístěn v 2. patře našeho rodinného domu, ale má vlastní vstup i zahradu. Takže když se nebudeme chtít potkat, nepotkáme se. Upřednostníme však někoho, s kým si “sedneme”. Mluvíme česky, anglicky a německy.
V obci je školka i škola, potraviny, řeznictví a hospůdky. V obci jsou také 2 dětská hřiště a jedno hřiště s umělou trávou na tenis apod.
V okolí jsou cyklostezky a rybníky vhodné pro koupání i s pejsky. Sami jsme majitelé 2 pohodových ohařů.
Vzdálenost do Brna cca 30 minut/30 km jak autem, tak i přímým autobusem (jede z centra naší obce na Zvonařku). Parkování auta je možné pár metrů od domu.
Prohlídky možné od 13.8., poté je apartmán ihned k nastěhování.
Cena pronájmu je včetně energií. Energie nejsou zúčtovatelné. Možná dohoda na ceně a výši kauce.

Hello,
we offer to rent our fully equipped apartment in the Borkovany village.
The total floor area is 84 m2 and the layout is 2 kk. On the lower floor there is a living room with a kitchen corner, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There are currently beds for sleeping on the second floor. Heating is provided on the lower floor by underfloor heating (in the future we want to add a fireplace as an alternative) and on the upper floor by electric heater.
There is a view of the vineyards from the apartment and from the garden (garden has about 90 m2), and overall it is a quiet area.
Available:
- outdoor grill, or we will build a fire pit
- after arrangement: whirlpool, sauna, small fitness, trampoline (we will move this to our garden below if necessary)
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house, but it has its own entrance and garden. So if we don't want to meet, we won't meet. However, we prefer someone with whom we can "sit and chat". We speak Czech, English and German.
In the village there is a kindergarten and a school, groceries, a butcher shop and pubs. There are also 2 children's playgrounds and one playground with artificial grass for tennis, etc.
In the vicinity there are cycle paths and ponds suitable for swimming even with dogs. We are owners of 2 easy-going dogs (weimaraners).
Distance to Brno approx. 30 minutes/30 km both by car and by direct bus (departs from the center of our village and going to Brno - ÚAN Zvonařka (next to Vaňkovka shopping center)). Car parking is possible a few meters from the house.
Inspections possible from 13.8., after which the apartment is ready to move in immediately.
The rental price includes utilities. Energies are not billable. We are open for discussion about the price and deposit amout.
