I am renting an unfurnished apartment in a well-maintained brick house, which is located in a quiet location about 7 minutes walk from the Skalka metro station. For relaxation or sports, you can use the Gutovka park, which is a few minutes away.
The apartment on the 1st floor after a complete reconstruction consists of two spacious, mutually separated rooms, a long hallway that opens into a furnished kitchen, a small toilet and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have raised ceilings and are district heated. The house is located on a little-used street (Dubečská) and the apartment windows face east.
Deposits for services related to the use of the apartment of 6,000 CZK/month including electricity are billed annually. The tenant will only provide Internet and TV at his own expense.
(Preferably without pets.)
