K společnému užívání je veškeré vybavení bytu - lednička, pračka, vybavení kuchyně. V společné místnosti jsou k dispozici stoly. (1+kk). V letních měsících je výborná velká terasa. Jedná se klidné místo, a pohodové spolubydlící. Hledáme muže, ženy, studenty, pracující (angličtina není problém) - fajn lidi s kterými se bude dobře bydlet. Pro jednu osobu je nájem 3.800, pro 2 osoby 2.850. Cena je včetně záloh za energie a služby. Je možno internet (+125 kč/osobu/měsíc) Při nástupu se platí vratná záloha na vybavení bytu ve výši jednoho nájmu (vrací se při odchodu). Piště a volejte kdykoliv po 10:00 ráno. Děkuji.
We are looking for 1 or 2 persons in a one free room 3,5x3m. The whole flat is 3+kk cca 75 m2+20m2 terrace. (The house was build in 2006.) In the flat there are living two man/30, working as a car driver and graphic designer. For join use there is a fridge, washing machine, whole kitchen equipment. In the "living room" (1+kk) there are tables free for use. In the summer time we are enjoying our big terrace. The flat is in a quite place and we are cool guys. We are searching for man, woman, students, employed (english is not a problem) - simply nice people who it will be nice to live with. The month payment for one person is 3.800, for 2 persons 2.850. The price includes all energy end services deposit charges. There is also possibility of and internet (+125 Kč/person/month). On the start there is returnable deposit for the flat equipment in the high of one month payment (returned when leaving). You can write or call anytime, but after 10 am. Thanks
