TECHNICAL PARAMETERS:
The cottage underwent renovation during which new water and electricity distribution systems were installed, the roof was also replaced and the bathroom was added. The reconstruction included insulation with cotton wool under a decorative lining made of Siberian larch, which, in combination with the stone lining, forms a perfect harmony of natural elements that blend in with the surrounding nature. Due to the absence of sewerage in this area, the waste is handled by a cesspool. Monthly operating costs range in price up to CZK 2,000.
