Se souhlasem majitele nabízím k pronájmu neprůchozí středně velký pokoj v bytě 2+1 ve Strašnicích, ulice Oravská (kousek od metra Strašnická, hned u domu zastávka busu Dobročovická a Štěchovická). Pokoj je pro jednu bez zvířat. Cena 8K se vším všudy (+kauce jeden nájem). V pokoji bude zůstávat velká postel i s matrací a noční stolky (viz. foto). Byt je kompletně zařízený (lednice, sporák, myčka, pračka, mikrovlnka). Na chodbě jsou k dispozici velké šatní skříně. K nastěhování dle domluvy, ideálně na začátku či průběhu srpna. V druhém pokoji budu já. V bytě skoro nejsem, víceméně pouze přespávám přes týden, o víkendech jsem obvykle pryč. V případě zájmu o prohlídku či více informací prosím psát do zpráv. Děkuji.

With the consent of the owner, I offer for rent a non-passable, medium-sized room in a 2+1 apartment in Strašnice, Oravská Street (a short distance from the Strašnická metro station, the Dobročovická and Štěchovická bus stops right next to the house). The room is for one person without pets. Price 8K with everything (+deposit one rent). The room will have a large bed with a mattress and bedside tables (see photo). The apartment is fully furnished (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Large wardrobes are available in the hallway. To move in by arrangement, ideally during August/September. I will be in the other room. I'm not in the apartment much, I more or less only sleep over during the week, I'm usually away on the weekends. Thank you.
